The Del Mar Beach Club is a low-rise beachfront condo building in Solana Beach. Built in 1972, the Del Mar Beach Club is two and three stories tall and contains 192 condo units located east and west of S Sierra Ave. Walk to the racetrack, restaurants, and you’re one block from Del Mars dog beach. Del Mar Beach Club residences are two and three bedroom and either single level or two story. The community has extensive ocean front decks, 4 pools, spa, sauna, tennis courts, view lounge & private stairs to the beach. The Del Mar Beach Club HOA allows weekly vacation rental.

The Master Bedroom features a Cal King size bed with a top-quality mattress and luxurious linens, all of which will provide a tranquil night’s sleep so that you can be refreshed and enjoy your vacation. The master also includes a flat screen cable TV, and private en suite bathroom. The Second Bedroom is furnished with another Cal King size bed, also fitted with luxury linens and cable TV, while an additional full bathroom is accessible from the hall.
