So many things wrong with this app! 1.) where are all the resorts. I only have 4 generating. 2.) when I log in I have 0 visibility into my account. It seems nothing changes from when Im logged out. Why even offer the feature. 3.) Add price features & photos for owners so we can browse and plan. 4.) The many options, activities, amenities, etc. are great. Stick with that idea, but kick it up a notch. Owners pay way to much for mediocre service and experience. 5.) Navigation is a mess. Where is the menu on the homepage? 6.) Icons are to large, descriptions are to small and to long on some. Overall, you can do better Bluegreen.Please do so!
How Do I Get Rid Of My Bluegreen Vacation Club Points
Just like with any other Timeshare, owners have 3 options available to them:
- Find a new owner on the resale market
- Give the ownership back to the resort/Developer

I Had A Stay Booked Today At Branson
I had a stay booked today at Branson Missouri check in at 4 pm called them at 8 am to reschedule because they admitted my girlfriend in hospital for blood infection. The guy who answered the phone said I had to pay 125.00 for canceling I told him I wasnt canceling I was rescheduling because girl friend was in hospital and she was required to be there I already paid up front for 2 night stay and they were going to give me gift card at bass pro shop after your to reimburse me. He wouldnt consider it and if I dont show its going to cost me 200.00 for no show. What a racket organized crime has better judgment and I aint paying nothing more Ive already spent 175.00 for two nights Ive lost. I hope youre happy the way you treat people. I cant believe Bass Pro Shops and Johnny Morris allow you people in the stores to prey on people.

I Booked A Bluegreen Vacation In Savannah
I booked a “vacation” in Savannah, GA with BlueGreen at a Bass Pro / Cabela’s almost two years ago. I paid for what is essentially a Time Share pitch. I cannot believe they let these scammers into their stores. When I contacted them to cancel the reservation, they decided they were going to ‘fine’ me an extra $125.00. Don’t be fooled.

Bluegreen Vacation Club Overview
Bluegreen Vacation Club is an annual points based ownership allowing Bluegreen Owners to book stays at resorts within the Bluegreen Network. Each Resort Villa is allocated a points value based on factors including location, seasonal demands, room size, and days of the week that stay is booked. Each of these factors will determine how many points are needed for any resort stay. *Note that Resort units are valued for a 7-day week and for each day of the week. Although the individual daily values sum to the week value, each day of the week is not the same number of points. Friday and Saturday nights are always a higher number of points than other days. Sometimes 25% or more of the weekly valuation. Sunday through Thursday values are less. Many owners stretch their points by making only mid-week reservations. Bluegreen offers the option to stay at resorts for less than the usual 7 day/week long traditional Timeshare period and shorter stays are available at most resorts within the Bluegreen system. Bluegreen Vacation Club is a points system based on trust funds. Points are generated from five trust funds, which are designated “A” through “E”. Bluegreen Timeshare Cancellation Policy
The rescission law is available for all Bluegreen timeshare and vacation club owners. If you recently purchased a Bluegreen Vacations package, you have the legal right to exit your contract. A typical rescission period usually lasts 3-10 days, and sometimes it can extend up to one month. If you have purchased your Bluegreen timeshare in that time frame, we suggest you contact Bluegreen immediately to see what your rescission period is on your contract.
Some timeshare developers require you to submit a written cancellation letter via mail. If you still qualify for your rescission period, we recommend you send everything in ASAP. Any documents submitted past your deadline, Bluegreen Resorts will not honor your request to rescind your contract. This is why we suggest you purchase overnight mail. Those few extra dollars are worth it.
We recommend you read through your contract and look for a Bluegreen Vacations cancellation policy as well. This is typically located at the beginning or end of your contract. Bluegreen Vacations Club or Bluegreen fixed-week owners can find their policy online.

DO NOT let them waste your time or TAKE your money. They offer you these exciting vacations that when YOU have time to go they are booked and you cant. Then when you call them to get your money back because Vacations are planned on YOUR time NOT THEIRS they will not give it back. SO, unless you have $249.00 to just throw away, I would highly suggest you completely ignore their attempts to suck you in and steal from you! I am a single mother raising 3 kids on my own. This review is in hopes to save another single mom or a family that really don’t have money to give to these thieves!! The reps are so friendly when taking your money but call for your money back they will hang up on you. Bottom line SAVE YOURSELF $249.00 and THE MISERY!!!

Accusation By Director Of Corporate Compliance
On April 27th, I found out that I was locked out of my online Bluegreen account. When I called Customer Service, the said my account was blocked and I would have to talk to the Director of Corporate Compliance. I did this and was accused of being a commercial renter and also a liar because I couldn’t tell him who I booked a specific reservation for a year ago. I said I didn’t have access to my past reservations since my account was blocked. He said we must be commercial renters because I couldn’t tell him information about last year’s bookings and also because I had booked nine reservations at Big Cedar during the summer period. My husband and I have been Bluegreen owners since about 1999 and started having this problem two years ago when I booked a bunch of my cousins in at Big Cedar for a reunion. These are distant cousins who live in various areas of the USA. I’m not close to them and cannot always remember their names. I do not charge them any fee for using our points.
Desired outcome: I would like to have my online Bluegreen account unblocked.

Bluegreen Salespeople Are Nothing But
Bluegreen salespeople are nothing but hustlers and do not tell the potential buyer the truth about anything! I was shown great cabins that were absolutely beautiful and actually finally made me buy into this rip off. I have used the points BUT I have never seen or stayed at a Bluegreen resort that came close to those cabins they showed in the beginning. Most of the rooms are no better than regular hotel rooms! I was told oh its no problem selling the points if you decide to get out we will help you sell it. What a as load of crap I paid pinnacle to sell the timeshare and have not even received one call from them offering to help to sell. You basically have to pay people to take it off your hands! There is a special place for people like this that blatantly lie and cheat people!!!!
