We had a great time at this family friendly resort. The room was clean and spacious and we loved having a washer/dryer in our suite. The pools were nice and not overly crowded. One disappoint was that the slides closed early on our last day because they didnt have enough life guards to man the ride. Bummer for our kids. Also the on-site mercado and restaurant are closed Monday and Tuesday which is also a bummer if you arrive on those days and want any drinks, food, etc. The location of the hotel is convenient to get onto the highway which I think is a plus if youre looking to explore a bit of the city.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. They made me anxious about our stay but everything was great. The room was really spacious and clean with a well-stocked kitchen. The toddler pool was perfect for our little one, although we enjoyed it more when the bucket and sprinklers were off. The bucket dumps too much water too frequently and our toddler was scared. Still, we had s great time. Would recommend this spot to all families.
Horrific pre-vacation experience but extremely pleasant in-person vacation.
