This experience was all of the above. The communication with the owners was great. I was never without the information that I needed to make this family get away stress free. The condo was breath taking. The pictures dont do the view justice. There was so much room to spread out but not so big that you feel that you are isolated. You dont want for anything when going to the beach. My 2 adult daughters made great use of the beach toys Every type of pot/pan/dish/ appliance you think you may need, or dont think you will ever need is provided. I wish we could have stayed so much longer there. We will definitely be repeating this trip, and will not settle for anything other than Lana and Nicks condo!

The sandcastle is located at the South Padre Island Visitors Center and is part of the Sandcastle Trail. This sandcastle was recently rebuilt after it was heavily damaged during spring break in 2018, but it is now repaired and bigger than before. Other stops on the Sandcastle Trail include the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland which is located outside of Paragraphs Bookstore, a giant walrus, a sculpture of King Neptune, and a couple of egrets situated outside of the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center. All of the sculptures are done by local and international professional sand artists and you will be blown away by the intricacies of the sculptures.
