I stayed at one of their units in Capitola and could not have asked for more! Very responsive a communicative staff. The home was spotless, and fully stocked with everything you would need for lovely vacation. Will definitely be using Beachnest for every trip to Santa Cruz from now on!

We booked a home through VRBO. Received confirmation number. The home was booked for $368.25/ night. The money was withdrawn from our credit card.I receive an email later on in the evening from John at beachnest rentals stating that there was a mistake and that the home normally rents for 1,200-1,500/ night. He said he would be willing to work with us and rent for $1000/ night ALMOST 3x the amount it was originally booked for.I emailed back stating we would be willing to pay no more the $800/ night . He stated he would not be able to accommodate us at that price.So frustrating!! We had already told our children and showed them pictures of the home. They were really excited.If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Will be contacting VRBO as well. I would not do business with this company.
