A great view of the ocean, close for walking, a pool. The Lani was awesome. We were close to the flea market and the restaurants. Coldwell Banker Island Properties is pleased to announce the acquisition of Maui Showcase Properties and its property management division which includes long-term and vacation rentals. The acquisition went into effect January 1, 2022, with all agents joining Coldwell Banker Island Properties.

The addition of Maui Showcase Properties fortifies the West Maui expansion of Coldwell Banker Island Properties, along with Coldwell Banker Island Vacations, which recently opened operations out of the firms newly renovated Kapalua office. Other acquisitions in West Maui for the brokerage include Sakamoto Properties, Mary Anne Fitch and Associates, and the Speicher Group.
