Such a great addition to the HGVC locations. Comfortable rooms, great views, close to everything, friendly staff. We walked almost everywhere we went during the day, but cabs and Uber were both very accessible and reasonable . Check in and check out were smooth. We will be back!

Had a wonderful visit to Chicago in the Grand Vacations Club. A beautiful hotel, with large comfortable rooms in an easily accessible neighborhood with great amenities. Wait times at the front desk were quite long, but that was a minor inconvenience for an outstanding stay.

The hotel is beautiful, as well as the spacious room, and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the 24th floor was spectacular we could even see the pier. The beach is only a few blocks from the hotel.

Great room with exceptional views, room was very spacious and comfortable. Only complaint with the room was the ac was set to 68 but never cooled below 73. Staff checking in was less than helpful. The grab and go food was disgusting.

Want to venture farther out from the city center? Simply take the CTA, Metra or bus line to places like Grant Park, Hyde Park and Woodlawn , Chinatown, Albany and Irving Parkanywhere outside of the Loop, and other places of interests. Getting around is easy, and this is the perfect home base to start enjoying your visit to Chicago.
