The Moorings Brings Power Yacht Charters To The Seychelles
The Moorings will debut its acclaimed power yacht vacations in the Seychelles this spring.
Located in the heart of the Indian Ocean, about 1,000 miles east of Africa, the Seychelles are a secluded crop of sandy islands known for their bright blue beaches, rare plant and animal species, calm conditions and laid-back charm unlike anywhere else on earth.
Debuting this April and available to book now, The Moorings 514PC features four double cabins and room for up to ten guests. Complete with a professional captain and gourmet chef, this all-inclusive charter option provides a premium and personalized way to vacation at sea.
Offering ample room for up to six guests, The Moorings 514PC includes a luxurious layout with three en-suite guest staterooms a fully furnished saloon with plush seating and full entertainment center outdoor dining spaces, and spacious fly bridge with U-shaped seating, grill and bar, making it the perfect spot for dining and drinks with 360-degree visibility.
The BVIs are like a power yacht playground. The Moorings Power Catamarans
Smaller power catamarans measure 413ft. and have four cabins and nine berths while the largest is 531ft., also with four cabins and nine berths. The smallest is easy to handle, with three deck levels and air-conditioning throughout. The galley has a two-burner stove, oven, fridge and storage. Each hull has two large cabins with shared bath and lots of additional storage.
The largest has an interior helm station plus an exterior on the fly bridge where theres also an electric grill and wet bar. The open-plan galley and saloon has wraparound windows. The large galley has a four-burner stove, oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and lots of countertop and storage space, while the saloon has a TV, Wi-Fi, USB charging station and sound system. Four cabins have queen beds, space to move around and en suite. The ship also has a dinghy lift platform.

The Moorings Has A New Look
A rebranding launch for The Moorings has expanded travel options for sail, power and crewed charter yacht vacations for the 2014 year. This is an overall effort to incorporate the companys heritage into a fresh identity for todays customer. The revised new logo reflects the importance of The Moorings beginnings and establishment in 1969. Additionally, new destinations in the Mediterranean have opened in three different locations. The Moorings Sail Monohulls
These single-hull sailing vessels can be as small as 343ft. with two cabins and six berths and as large as 524ft. with four cabins and 10 berths. Theyre designed to be fast yet versatile and easy to handle. Smaller craft have wide cockpits and a convertible saloon with fold-away chart table, an L-shaped galley with appliances that include an espresso maker. Cabins in these smaller boats are likely to have shared bathrooms.
Larger monohulls have air-conditioned interiors, including a saloon with windows and seating for six, an audio system throughout, a kitted-out galley with plenty of storage space, and cabins with en suite. A navigation station has a lighted chart table and bookshelves. A fold-down swim platform has bench seating and a table with an icebox and storage.
