Manager Response: Sorry, our office is closed from Noon Saturday through Sunday. You do not use a key for the pool but the fob which is on your key ring, same fob you use for the gate. Sorry for the confusion, the instructions are in your confirmation letter.Hope this didn’t spoilt your stay, would love to have you come stay again.
