Davids Vacation Club Rentals Are Not Hotel Reservations
Davids vacation rentals are considered DVC reservations, not hotel reservations. They are made through the regular Disney site of DVC villas by the owner.
And the reservation will be treated like a DVC one, meaning that the resorts will not provide daily mousekeeping since it isnt classified as a hotel reservation.
Most important to note, theyre nonrefundable and non-changeable. Unfortunately the inflexibility doesnt work for everyone.
Disney Dining Plans can be added 30 days before check in. The plan must be the duration of the reservation without exception. The owner of the Disney point rental must call the DVC center and add the dining plan to the reservation and pay in full.
To avoid giving a credit card to a stranger, Davids suggests buying Disney gift cards in the amount of the plans costs.
Should I Stay On Or Off

Is It Worth It To Stay At A Disney World Resort

This off-site Disney hotel is pretty much your most middle of the road choice, as it is pretty on point with how much you should expect it to cost, including its amenities and location. Though it doesnt have the complete wow factor that the others have, their rooms are still very nice and include Wifi, a spa, outdoor pools and a lazy river, and on-site dining.
Wyndham Grand Orlando Bonnet Creek normally does offer shuttle service to and from the Disney Parks/Disney Springs, however, their website says these services are temporarily unavailable for August and September 2020. Please keep this in mind as you book your trip!!

Transportation Options Outside Disney Resorts
Meanwhile, visitors who aren’t staying at Disney World have a couple of options. Most non-Disney resorts offer free shuttles to the theme parks, but typically these shuttles run just a few times a day. Visitors probably won’t be able to return to their resort mid-day to give little kids some nap-time or a pool break, which is a good strategy during a hot day in the theme parks. And at night, guests need to return to the right bus parking lot and locate the right bus, out of many, for their resort.
Alternatively, guests could drive their own vehicle to a theme park in their morning, which may get the day off to a quick start. The end of the day may be more complicated: guests who’ve park-hopped using the Disney Bus system will need to get back to where they parked the car.
