Just be aware that transportation originating from Disney Springs will take longer than from other locations within Disney World. On a positive note, one-way service from the parks to Disney Springs is provided after 4 p.m.

Villas Rooms Suites And Whats In Them
The Old Key West has the largest rooms of all the Disney properties. For some reason, except for the Value Resorts, the first resort Disney built of each kind has the largest rooms. Its true of the Deluxe Resorts, the Moderate Resorts, and the Deluxe Villa Resorts. I guess Disney thought they could take a good thing and make it smaller.
The studio is 376 square feet. Thats 70 square feet bigger than the studio at most of the newer Disney Vacation Club Resorts. The one bedroom has 942 square feet and really is only set up to sleep 2 adults. What luxury. The Grand Villa is so big, you could sleep an army in it.

Disney Vacation Club is Disneys own timeshare vacation club that gives owners priority access to stay in top Disney resorts in Orlando, Hilton Head Island, California, Hawaii, and Vero Beach. How Far In Advance Can You Make Reservations At A Dvc Resort
Home resort owners have the ability to make reservations up to 11 months in advance of check-in. So if you are looking to make a reservation during high seasons, such as Christmas or New Years, you should plan to make your reservation in January.
If you are hoping to stay at a different DVC resort other than your Home resort, you have up to 7 months in advance to make reservations. Its unlikely that youll be able to make reservations during highly popular weeks outside of your Home resort because rooms fill up so quickly. Thoughts On Disney Vacation Club Resort Maps
has anyone ever stayed at broadwalk villas and or beach club villas? is it a far walk to the main pool at beach and which room would you request for boardwalk ?
Ive stayed at both. It is a bit of a walk from the Beach Club Villas to Stormalong Bay, maybe about 8-10 minutes Im guessing. Its worth it if you plan to spend some time there. For a quick dip, the Dunes Pool is better.
As far as room choices at Boardwalk everyone has their own preferences so hopefully some others will chime in here. I like to see and hear the boardwalk action from my room so my favorites are the lakeside rooms. If you like a quiet room, lakeside is not a good choice because it can be quite noisy at times especially late at night when folks are leaving Jellyrolls. I also like the pool view. The Boardwalk is known for its very long corridors so if mobility is an issue for you, you might consider asking for something close to the elevator.

8 Bay Lake Tower at Disneys Contemporary Resort
Of course, we must include Magic Kingdoms neighbor on this list! Disneys Bay Lake Tower, located at the Contemporary Resort, wins a spot because of the superb location. You can walk to Magic Kingdom, which is an excellent highlight. While we arent super impressed with the lack of theming at Bay Lake Tower, we do enjoy the Top of the World Lounge a special DVC Member-only lounge with outstanding views of Magic Kingdom. Another perk is the skywalk that connects Bay Lake Tower to the Contemporary Resort for easy Monorail access, shopping, and dining choices. Our favorite pastime here is heading all the way up to the Top of the World Lounge to watch the Magic Kingdom fireworks with a drink in hand!
