If your looking for a cottage more in the middle of all the action in Floods Cove, we offer the Bungalow with a very large screened porch looking out over Floods Cove and onto the water or a smaller, cozier version called the Birchview that is tucked back in a stand of pine trees with equally breathtaking views of Floods Cove and the ocean.
Not including the Westwind or the Barnacle, each cottage has its own custom made fireplace and hearth for those evening social get-togethers by the fire to play a game or two of cards, cribbage or backgammon.
Activities And Fun Things To Do On Your Vacation
Our office is conveniently located off of Cascade Road in Old Orchard Beach. We are now in Saco located at 937 Portland Road Suite E Saco, Maine 04072. From the Maine Turnpike take Exit 36 for Old Orchard Beach and Saco and then take Exit 2B. Our brand new office building is approximately 2 1/2 off of Exit 2B on your right hand side. You will see our signs and you will turn right, right after Cascade Road. We have to adhere to a fairly strict check-in policy so that your vacation home is clean and fresh for your arrival. Check-in for houses and cottages ia at 2 p.m. and check-in for condos is at 3 p.m. We greatly appreciate your patience. We know you want to begin your vacation and we want you to enjoy every minute of it! If you find that you are going to be checking-in after 5 p.m., please notify our office immediately so that we can make other arrangements for providing your keys!

Summer On The Maine Seacoast
As the early morning fog burns off in the Cove, enjoy the distant sounds of lobster boats hauling their traps, watch ospreys and bald eagles fishing for breakfast, and delight in the soft sounds of ocean waves gently lapping the shore. Perfect get-away home. You can’t beat a quiet morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the bay and watching the lobstermen hauling in their traps. The beautiful starry night skies are also an amazing sight. This spacious lodge had more amenities than we dreamed of. Peaceful and secluded with a gorgeous view but close to many antique shops, Acadia N.P., Bar Harbor, places to buy lobsters, and other attractions. Something for everyone! We often saw Bald Eagles on our way down the long driveway. On the morning that we had to leave, I stood on the deck gazing across the water, and was joined 1 by 1 by each member of our family, each of us having the same thought- we did not want to leave! We would highly recommend this rental and hope to return some day!

Perfect! The Shubert Bungalow was such a nice place to stay.It was so clean and there was everything that you neeeded in it.You could relax out on the deck or in the rocking chairs out front.One of the best things was that you could walk right to the carriage roads or walk to Jordan Park for lunch or dinner.It was the best place we ever stayed at.I would definitely go back!

Lafayettes unique seaside cottages located steps away from sandy Wells Beach. We enjoy calling them cottages but they are much more. These bright and airy homes are located close to the beach and all resort amenities. Most cottages come with full kitchens and spacious dining rooms that welcome guests to a timeless retreat.
All cottages are either on the ocean or just a few steps away. Cottage rentals include use of the indoor pool, hot tub and fitness room at Lafayettes Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach, but not the oceanfront decks, which are for motel guests. All cottages are close to our lobby in the Ledgeview building, which houses our heated indoor pool and oversized hot tub with a therapeutic waterfall. Our modern workout room is located in Building #7, Beach Front Lodge.
