I am planning a ski trip to Park City in early March but getting concerned after reading terrible reviews of ski and lift conditions. We skiied Breckenridge 2 years ago and loved it but are interested in trying a different resort. Would love some honest input??

havent been to park city, but breckenridge and all other vail properties are having similar issues. Not enough workers is translating into not all the lifts opening. They cut the price of an epic pass and sold almost a million more. These factors are translating into the biggest crowds ever with fewer lifts. So lines everywhere and stressed service.
It would be helpful if you could share a little more about what those reviews said. Ski conditions depend on snow coverage and the ability to make snow . Could it be that those reviews were from people who skied in December when conditions are often iffy and limited lifts are open? Or did they ski in late season in one of the years we had a poor snow year, as recent as last year, and it warmed up making conditions poor? You also need to take in to consideration that 100s of 1000s of people ski Park City every year that dont write reviews and had a great experience.

I’m not sure if Vail is requiring vaccines too. I’ve heard other ski areas have and that has also led to a decrease in staffing.
