Has Anyone Ever Used Seabreeze Rentals
Hello, I am curious if anyone has used Seabreeze Rentals to rent a home from in Bald Head Island? I cannot find any reviews on them so any info. would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
We have rented from Seabreeze for the past 9 years. They are responsive and we have never bothered to look for another rental company. Enjoy!
They do not seem responsive to communication – If they received deposit , etc!
I just rented a house through them for a week this summer, and I understand what you’re saying. I called twice , finally spoke with someone the third time. I never recieved the rental agreement so I emailed them after a few days and they sent it promptly. My E-mails have always been promptly answered, but I have to initiate them. I was never notified that deposits were recieved. There has been no communication from them since they initially sent me the rental agreement. I have a friend who rents through them every year so I’m not worried. If I didn’t have that personal reference though I would be freaking out so I understand your concern.
We rented from them last year for the first time. We rented late in the cycle and there weren’t many choices left. They were not very communicative, but there were no problems from the bookkeeping side of things. The house, however, had multiple broken furniture pieces and a peeling popcorn ceiling in the master bath with black mold.
I hope this helps and that you will come to the Island again.
