Fair Oaks is located within walking distance of Pier Park where there are a variety of restaurants and shopping. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a common wooden deck overlooking the beach with comfortable beach chairs to watch sunrises and sunsets. Picnic tables and a grill are available for outdoor entertainment. There are six condos that could be available, each has an indvidual decore but all have a basic floor plan. The photos show the accommodations for the D1 condo. Fair Oaks is also located near Frank Brown Park where many youth sporting tournaments are held. There is no smoking in the condo or the deck area. Smoking area is in the front parking area of the building

Located next to the ever-popular Pier Park shopping center and activities, our Horizon South vacation rentals offer complete comfort in a relaxing atmosphere! This private gated beach community is located just over 2 miles from Pier Park which features shopping dining and entertainment. It is conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and Panama City Beach attractions such as Wonderworks, St. Andrews State Park, Gulf World Marine Park, and just moments away from championship golf courses. There is private beach access located less than 100 feet from the south entrance of the property.
Horizon South onsite amenities include 4 outdoor pools , kiddie pool, hot tub tennis courts, shuffleboard court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, laundry facilities, and on-site mini-golf. Charcoal grills available for guest use and located in the middle of the complex on the west end of the property. The onsite clubhouse has pool tables, a fitness room, and offers complimentary WiFi.
