Great Thanksgiving on Folly Beach Overall excellent stay. House is very comfortable, has immense charm, perfect location for enjoying Folly Beach restaurants, etc., a short stroll to the beach, a block from the justly fabled Bert’s Market. Promised amenities were all there and working. Really liked and took advantage of the screened-in porch. And Dave Rockey did a superb job getting heating fixed as soon as I texted him that it wasn’t working. Impressed in general w/ management responsiveness. One or two minor quibbles – house could use a more thorough cleaning. Once we got below the surface we had to do some pre-use washing, and oven really needs to be cleaned. Rather astonishing, too, to find that there were only 2 wineglasses, and they were plastic. Yet, three corkscrews…
