Peaceful cabin in the woods! This was the perfect place for our extended family of 8 to stay during our Black Hills vacation, much more convenient than a hotel. It is a beautiful remodeled rural cabin in the woods, just a short distance out of Custer. It has all the basic amenities you need for your stay, all we had to do was buy the groceries. The washer and dryer came in very handy, especially with two children. I thought it was a perfect location from all the attractions we wanted to see: Mt. Rushmore, Devils Tower, Rapid City, Deadwood, Custer State Park etc We were able to cook our own breakfast every morning, pack a lunch and head out for the day and then enjoy relaxing by the fire in the evening. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to returning.

Open to hiking, fishing, hunting, and camping, the terrain supports a rich ecosystem thats home to pronghorn antelope, prairie dogs, mule deer, coyotes, foxes, and more than 100 species of birds.
