First, the view from the balcony has got to be one of the best on the island! Great place to have morning coffee. And it’s deceptively big! Living area and kitchen are very clean and comfortable. With 2 adult couples, we really appreciated having a second king bed in the guest room.The complex has a great location a short 5 min walk to the beach. The shared spaces downstairs were also really cool – especially the game room with pool and poker tables. There is a movie room too, though you might have more trouble booking it during the busier summer season. The hot tub was also a great place to hang out and it has a bartop that is shared by an outdoor grilling area – would definitely use that in the summer!

We loved the security at this location. Everyone had wrist bands to be able to enter the building and key fobs to nock doors to enter any elevators. They had free covered parking in the parking garage and you could walk across the street to Stewart Beach. Very organized. Everyone was super friendly and was very clean. The 6th floor was amazing with a regular pool, heated pool and a hot tub. We cooked out on the grill and swam then we played pool in the game room and watched a movie in the theater one night with popcorn and snacks. You need to try this place out.
I loved the location, close to everything you needed and the beach. My kids loved the swimming pool and we also used the outdoor grill for one nights dinner and it was nice and relaxing.,

This was our first time to visit Galveston and our stay at the Emerald by the Sea condo #1311 was amazing. The theme was totally luxury vacation & beachy comfort and did not disappoint! We feel very grateful to have stayed in this beautiful home….. and the VIEW!!! Wow! We were able to enjoy the sunrise ocean view every morning and sunset at night. The condo was well stocked and kitchen had everything you could want and more. We enjoyed many of the local activities from kayaking, boating/tubing around the bay, beautiful beaches to Moody Gardens. Karen was the best! She was very responsive, helpful and very gracious and accommodating when we encountered an unforeseen medical emergency. We feel very blessed to have chosen this condo and will stay here when we return to Galveston. We recommend to all! ~The Koltun Family

Fabulous Place In Galveston
Stayed at this lovely condo for a nice 3 day weekend in March 2019. The decor is awesome with the best beach themed accents throughout. The beds are SO COMFORTABLE, a great leather couch and love seat with reclining seats that make for perfect relaxation all while looking out the floor to ceiling windows to the beautiful ocean and beach below.There is a large hot tub and pool on the lobby floor that is surrounded by comfortable chairs and an outdoor kitchen if you have the urge to cook while you relax.I would definitely stay here again with friends and family. It is just across from a long walking beach with great restaurants nearby.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The House Company is very easy to work with and I cannot say enough about the staff at the Emerald – they are very friendly. Gorgeous pool, views, exercise room, private theater, who could ask for more?

Lovely Stay At Emerald By The Sea
We could not have asked for a better condo for our Galveston beach getaway! Each day, we enjoyed both breakfast in the morning and cocktails with the sunset on the enormous balcony overlooking the beach. Access to the beach was easy and very close. Most vacation rentals I have stayed in have had ill-equipped kitchens with old appliances/tools, but everything was new and well-kept. The beds were very comfortable and so was the recliner couch in the living room. We also enjoyed the movie theater, game room, and hot tub downstairs! All in all, we highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to have a home on the beach.

Great Condo Views And Pool
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was well decorated and very beachy feeling. The beds were really comfortable and so were the reclining couches in the living area! We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the balcony because it has an amazing view of the beach, ocean and most of Galveston. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking supplies, although you may want to hit up the nearby Walgreen or Arlan’s Market for some things like cooking spray, salt and pepper, etc. Arlan’s is only a few blocks away and is any easy walk, even with an arm full of groceries. The Complex itself is great. The Pool is wonderful. Several areas to swim and layout, plus great views of the ocean and Galveston. There are restrooms right off the pool, so you do not need to go all the way back to your room. The condo does have beach towels that you can use. Parking is easy. They give you a key fob that gets your in and out of the entire condo AND they have full time security on the first level. I felt very safe in this condo and in this area of Galveston. You are just a short drive from the Pier, Seawall & The Strand. I know we will be back to visit Galveston & I will definitely be staying in this condo again. Thanks!

Wonderful Condo With The Best View
The decor is beautiful and felt like home the second we walked in. The view is wonderful. It has three very nice size bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. The living room is a dream for relaxing with a great view. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. The balcony is huge with beautiful and comfortable furniture – I spent a lot of time sitting here enjoying the view and reading. There is a full size washer and dryer. The location is convenient with easy access to the beach, the Stand and lots of restaurants. The owner personally made sure the condo was ready with lots of personal touches and tips on things to do. The building personnel were very nice. We LOVED staying in this condo!
