One thing we hear from Wyndham clients is the issue of a refinance. In one instance, a Wyndham rep told a client that he would refinance her timeshare for her. He said her military service entitled her to a reduced rate after 90 days. He even stated that he would complete the paperwork himself. She even had recorded proof of his promise that they wouldnt be abiding by the original terms of her loan for much longer. She was told that the closing paperwork was just a formality. The client had issues contacting this man on the personal cell phone number he provided. He acted as though she had agreed to refinance the loan herself!
