How To Book Over The Phone
To book a reservation over the phone you will need to call the Hilton Grand vacation Club reservation phone number to be connected to an agent. Customer service representatives will need your membership information and then they can access your HGVC account and help you make a reservation. All you will need to do is tell your representative which resort you wish to visit and when you would like to go, along with the size of the room you would like.
There is a three night minimum for those booking with Club Points, but if you are booking an Open Season reservation, there is only a two night minimum.

The Club Season booking window generally opens up starting at 276 days prior to check-in date, and allows owners of any HGV resort to utilize their ClubPoints to book resorts outside of their deeded week or designated season.
