Also, the internet in BLD 16-17 did not work in any of my 4 rooms. The other negative is the elevators are super slow. Otherwise very nice location with spacious rooms. This time we have a few weeks back to back and were having a terrible time with the internet as we try to get our work done and basic online stuff done because the service keeps dropping. The bathroom door kept sticking and we were getting stuck in the bathroom. The sheets and towels were thin, rough and stained. The fire alarm started chirping at 12:45am and we were told after an hour that they didnt know if anyone Would be up to fix it. It was a high pitch chirp every minute how are we or our kids supposed to sleep. We were told that we couldnt touch the alarm as it is a finable offense. It wasnt until we threatened to call the fire department that they sent someone up to change the battery at 2 am!!!!! No apology or concern on there part that our kids were up or that we just had to deal with them for over an hour. Terrible service!teenf0x

Overall, we enjoyed our week here. We were celebrating our anniversary The room, the pools, the amenities were wonderful! More than once we talked about how we could live there. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher all made for a wonderful stay. We will go back!We decided on 4 stars because there are not adequate towel racks . Lastly, as happens in Florida in summer, the pool closed due to lightning. However, it stayed closed for hours after the storm had passed and skies were blue On one of those occasions, one of the guests rooms was blasting music onto the courtyard and having a sing a long. While this seemed to entertain some, I was trying to read a book and enjoy some peace. I didn’t want to ruin their fun, but there isn’t a number to even call!More
