One time I contacted a so-called “manager,” who assured me his job was not to interfere with advisers. When COVID is sufficiently under control and we are all able to cruise again, I will go directly to the cruise line – a nightmare itself – or continue to search for a “bucket shop” from which I can get reliable information.
