We invite our past guests to book directly with us using this website, which not only makes the process more efficient, but also avoids the fees associated with the large rental sites. Simply choose the property you want, select from the available dates, and then pay with a credit card. You will be able to sign the rental agreement online, which has the same terms and conditions as the other sites. If you are not a past customer, there is a short vetting process before the booking is accepted.
About Meryl And Warren Goldberg
We started with our Encinitas one bedroom vacation rental and later added three more rentals on one property in Oceanside. Warren concentrates on bookings and property management while Meryl handles the accounting, purchasing and decorating. We are proud of each of our rentals and hope they provide a comfortable environment for you to enjoy your vacation in southern California. If you are looking for a Ritz Carlton stay, these are not the places for you but if you are looking for a clean, well-stocked home away from home then please look no further. We spend our free time outdoors biking, hiking, playing tennis, golf and going to the beach. We encourage you to do the same and nothing makes Warren happier than knowing the guests have gone out for a ride on the beach bikes!! We also enjoy dining locally and attending shows and concerts. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
To secure a booking, the Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed and an initial payment is required. The Initial payment, as outlined, is due at the time of booking.
A non-refundable initial payment of $375 for Short-Term rentals or $1,000.00 is due upon confirmation of your vacation rental reservation. Final payment, consisting of the remaining balance, must be received by Beachside Rentals, Inc. at least sixty days prior to guest arrival days in advance of guest arrival). Failure to make final payments on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to automatic cancelation.
*Reservations for 30 nights or more: All payments must be in the form of cash, check or cashiers check. Credit Cards will only be accepted with a processing fee. Checks must clear before the reservation start date.
CANCELATION:
To cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation must be in writing and received at least 60 days prior to your check- in date. The initial booking payment is non-refundable. Cancelation within the 60-day period prior to check-in will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount.
