Terry CGarbage resortMy wife and I stayed here oct 13th thru 16th 2022.the whole 3 days our door wouldnt lock so somebody had to stay in the room at all times.the help desk and managers are rude and they do not care about their members.I will post this reveiw on every site until someone reached out to make this right

North villages patios arent that great. We had a few cranes come up to our patio. We saw an alligator on the golf course. Staff was great. Check in lady wasnt the best.

Your Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, getaway begins here! Enjoy a relaxing countryside retreat at the beautiful Holiday Inn Club Vacations® at Lake Geneva Resort, located just a short drive from Chicago and Milwaukee.
Enjoy spacious hotel-suite/condo-style one and two-bedroom villas from 540 to 1,268 square feet, complete with separate living room and washer/dryer. Prepare family meals in your full kitchen with tableware and cookware. Daily housekeeping services arent available and theres a nominal fee for towel exchanges.
This Wisconsin resort is the perfect vacation escape year-round, with access to amenities at Grand Geneva Resort. Lounge by indoor and outdoor pools or splash with the kids at the indoor waterpark. IHG and Orange Lake Resorts have renewed their strategic partnership concerning the Holiday Inn Club Vacations brand. Orange Lake resorts has the exclusive global rights to manage the resorts under the brand until 2119. It will give new opportunities outside the US market where all resorts are currently located.
IHG and Orange Lake resorts share parts of the same history as they were both inspired by Kemmons Wilson. He invented Holiday Inn brand and launched his first hotel in 1952 in Memphis, Tenessee after having been very disappointed by the quality of hotels during a family roadtrip in the United States. The core idea was to provide guests with a hotel with strong quality requirements for a budget price. After selling the brand in 1979 and being supposedly retired, he got interested by the idea of vacation ownership and finally founded in 1982 Orange Lake Resort. It aims at changing the vacation ownership market with timeshare ownership that would give access to resort vacationing for the American middle-class. In 1982, the first Orange Lake Resort opened few kilometers far from Walt Disney World®. It provided guest with a resort offering food amenities and a swimming-pool surrounded by a golf course.

Payments are being prioritised based on when the request was made, working in order from March 2020 onwards. We will always try to process refunds at the earliest opportunity, for requests before August our maximum timeframe is 120 days. As we are steadily reducing the maximum processing time for each new request, for refund requests made in August, we expect the maximum processing time to be 80 days, from the date the refund is requested. For those requesting a refund in September, we expect it to be processed within a maximum of 60 days, and then reduce to 30 days for refunds requested in October, before returning to normal levels.
