IMO All inclusive is the last thing you should be looking for in London, not that I’ve heard of it but surely you will get a much better feel for London by getting out and about and trying different restaurants, areas, sights.

If you want all inclusive go on a cruise or a Caribbean Island, nothing wrong with that per se, but AI in London is just plain wrong.

As for a package it’s not really necessary though you can sometime get great deals by buying the air fare and hotel together, sometimes the airlines are very good places to go for those, I got a really good one with BA a couple months ago

A car is as useful as a chocolate fire guard in a London, don’t even think about it.
