The upfront work involved in listing a vacation rental is substantial, from taking professional photographs, setting rates, syndicating the listing to multiple vacation rental platforms and generating a renters guide with arrival instructions for finding, accessing, and utilizing the property during their stay. As such, a nominal $150 startup fee is charged to get the process going after a property management agreement is signed. The only other upfront charges would be if we are asked by an owner to manage home improvement projects to make their home rent ready.

San Diego Zoo
Situated in Balboa Park, the Zoo is home to over 3,500 animals. There’s a number of ways to see the exhibits in the zoo including a bus tour, golf cart tour, and an aerial cable car. The zoo also has several designated play areas where kids can work off some extra energy.
USS Midway Museum
Previously a naval aircraft carrier and now a museum. Take a guided tour of the ship or explore on your own. There’s plenty to see amidst the mess rooms, sleeping quarters, the ship’s surgery, and the bridge. On the flight deck, kids can sit in some of the historic aircraft that can be found here.
LEGOLAND California
A theme park offering a variety of rides and attractions that cater to the whole family, and is particularly great for families visiting San Diego with kids. Children can get their Legoland driver’s license, ride on rollercoasters, get wet with water cannons, and take part in Lego-building competitions. Spend a few hours marvelling at the miniature replicas of famous cities, all built with the famous plastic toy bricks.
Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve
There are eight trails in the park, with the Guy Fleming Trail being a popular route for families. The trail is just under a mile in length, and offers fantastic views of the ocean. At the end of the hike, hit the beach to have a splash in the waves.
