Vacation Stay At Carlos Pointe Ft Myers Beach Through Distinctive Beach Rentals
This condo was in really nice condition. The 2 baths/BR’s were ideal and had decent space. The kitchen had all the appliances , all the cooking utensils, various pots/pans, glasses, plates, silverware etc. The 6 seat dining table was of heavy wood content, not like typical lighter weight beach furniture. Two couches and a chair all matched. Wall decor was nice, too.The balcony was good sized with room to move around. The owner also provided several beach chairs, umbrella, kids sand toys and a rolling cart. That was a bonus that we loved. The gulf view from the balcony is awesome. I would highly recommend renting in this condominium. Additionally, Distinctive Beach Rentals is a quality professionally managed company. We have rented from them 3 out of the 4 last years. After trying another company last year we returned to DBR. They treat you like family when you call or drop by, they send monthly newsletters, and their emails provide timely alerts when payments are due, of area happenings, or if there is a local event that could affect travel . All in all we are pleased and will continue using this rental company.More

The property was clean and the location is great for food and entertainment, you have a great view of the beach.
Took my dog off of my rental without contacting me on a 4th of July 2019 rental. Entered my rented property in August 2019 without contacting me to repair a blind in the master bedroom that was falling apart. During the 3 week rental came on the property to put the trash cans out, return them and clean the pool and the neighbor’s pool. UNANNOUNCED….JUST SHOWED UP. They should have just moved in. Thank you Distinctive Beach Rentals for an awful experience with renting on Fort Myers Beach.
