Clean But Tired Rooms

This is a good hotel if you spend a night precruise. I would not stay any longer. Beds were soft but confortable. Absolutely clean washroom and modern. This is a very average hotel because of its age. Service was good at front desk. Would I go again, maybe for the price quality range.

The motel is dated but was clean and we thought a great place to stay before going on a cruise the next day. Our issue was with the shuttle. It was not too bad going to the cruise terminal, but the return back to the motel to get our car was a whole different story. We called as soon as we were off of the ship, as we had been told to do. We were off of the ship before 9:00. At 10:30, the shuttle STLL had not arrived. Each time we called , we were told that it as on its way. After sitting in the hot sun all of that time, watching all of the other shuttle services arrive to pick up their passengers, we finally caught a cab back to the motel. Extremely poor service, and the motel could have cared less. Inexcusable-we will stay elsewhere next year when we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.
