Vacation Rental Pet Policy:Pets are allowed only in homes designated as “pet friendly.” A pet fee is required $25 per night. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Any pet with a history of aggressive or dangerous behavior is not allowed. Pets may not be left unattended in the property. The guest will observe applicable leash laws for their pet pets must be leashed at all times. A pet fee is automatically added to all online reservations booked in pet-friendly homes and condos.

Our Sunriver rental homes come in all shapes and sizes! Our largest homes have as many as 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 14 guests comfortably. Our smaller rental homes sleep as many as 4 guests and have 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, with plenty of living space for relaxing and full kitchens to cook in. The majority of our rental homes are in the 2-4 bedroom range, with room for as many as 12 guests.
